Much has happened, infact too much to mention today.

Even though it is a place that deals with serious issues and conditions, it is a wonderful place to work, with inspiring people who are blwck passionate about what they do. I'd definitely recommend I Had a Black Dog to everyone who wants to understand what it means to be depressed.

Importantly, the book has made me feel that it may be possible to take control of the Black Dog. Black Dog has come to be a metaphor to many people for Depression. Thank you Matthew Johnstone. Currently 99p on kindle. This book is helpful whether you know someone with depression or are living it.

The most important thing to remember is that no matter how bad it gets… if you take the right steps, talk to the right people, black dog days can and will pass. If you know someone or have suffered yourself with some form of mental health, then you need to read this book. I spent so many years doing what I thought what I should be doing and not listening to what my soul really wanted.
